Powerful & Lightweight,
This is a great little lawnmower. It’s very light and easy to lift thanks to the handle built into the front. The top of the main handle also folds down for ease of storing/transporting, via quick-release plastic arms. It feels powerful and cuts well with a metal blade.
It’s slightly noisier than a more expensive Flymo I’ve used, and the grass box also seems a bit more flimsy, but for me these are quite minor.
Overall, if you want a lightweight wheeled lawnmower, I would highly recommend it.

Easy to use electric lawnmower with hand adjustable blade (no tools required) which cuts through the longest,toughest,wettest grass quite easily.It is easy to lift,with a handle suitably placed on top to allow easy carrying. The roller provides nice “lines” in the lawn for a more professional look. The grass box is large enough and can contain quite a lot of grass before emptying. If I have to be critical,the only problems I have encountered were the initial assembly of the grass box ( it was fiddly) and the electric cable was shorter than I expected. Apart from these two very minor glitches, its an excellent lawnmower for the price,and looks good too!

Ideal for smaller gardens,
I have a medium sized garden but the lawns are in 4 smaller separate pieces and fiddly to mow because they also contain trees – so masses of edges to deal with. I didn’t want to spend a lot and bought Flymo because have had their mowers previously and they performed well.
This one is no exception, it is lightweight and manoeuvrable and powerful enough for small-medium gardens. It has a roller for stripes which would work if I had a symmetric lawn without obstacles, but the cut is good and the motor powerful enough. It does the edges quite well – although watch out for decapitating the occasional flower ! A handy mower which I hope will give me decent service. Can’t speak for its reliability yet, but previous Flymos have been good.
The grass box was a bit tricky to assemble initially, but once done it is easy to connect on and off the mower and it empties out into my composter easily enough. One small criticism which I think is true of many mowers on the market at this sort of price – it leaves some clods of grass on the lawn (even when the grass box isn’t full), so there is some clearing up to be done after mowing.
On the whole, a good buy, performs well. I am pleased.
